Software Similar to Paint…?

Please name some softwares in which we can write,draw,etc with pictures….Someting similar to paint will do.

Photoshop CS4 is the best….and the alternatives are freeware such as Gimp, PaintNET and OpenOffice has a drawing thing too.

The “Paint 2.0” that comes with windows 7 is pretty awesome.

I guess Paint .NET will do for you.
