windows STOP ERROR

i m using sp-2 and get error 0x000000c5 Tech info – STOP 0X000000C5(0X00000004,0X00000002
0X00000001,0X8054A1FA) get it when i try 2 open internet xplorer
i hav tried 2 reinstall audio drivers nd windows, but no gain. I hope guru’s have a soln.

Launch HijackThis> “Open the misc tool section”> “Delete a file on reboot”
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wxwnzcnt.dll
also post a hijackthis log
