[Solved]Rapidshare response time.

Been wondering about this for a while. A long time ago I mailed them and NEVER got an answer back, (this was months back). As you saw from my previous topic, I’m having issues with my Premium account, but I wonder; How long do they usually take to reply to mails, IF AT ALL?

~3 days for me, iirc. You did remember to include all the “this-is-me” information re: the paypal details when you bought the account. I forgot one time and then had to wait another ~3days when I resent me question.

Well no. I didn’t include paypal details, because they only asked for my Premium Account ID. If that’s really required I can always send that part too.

Each time I contact rs I include the following:
Account #####,
NAME: ##### #######
EMAIL: #######@###.###
LOGIN ID: #####
PAYPAL TRANS CODE: ### ### ### ## ## #
PAID ON: #rd July ####
though if they’ve just asked for the id then maybe the above is a little over-kill ?!

Alright I mailed them again with most of the info except paypal info, because the past 2 months I extended my account using premium points. I gave them a log of that instead. (You can find that in the logs section).
Hopefully they’ll deal with this matter soon, seeing as the account is actually counting down. I only have 13 days to get this fixed. (Assuming it’s real).

Is your 13 days your “you are going to continue to be credited with 10GB download traffic per day, until 01.07.2010. It is 396 days remaining” thing ?

No. 13 days till the account is going to be deleted. It’s a premium account, not a collector account.
Regular Premium zone:
Expiration date:Fri, 12. Jun 2009
New premium zone:
Valied till:12.06.2009 16:30
This Account expired on 12.06.2009 16:30 ! Expired Accounts are deleted after 14 days Click here to extend your Account
