Need 2 files from a working XP SP3 machine

I need two files from a fully working XP Service Pack 3 machine.
The two files are;
mstsc.exe
mstscax.dll
If anyone could help me by uploading, or letting me know where I can get these files, it would be appreciated.
The files are located in C:\Windows\System32

You might try a scan with the xp cd. A scan will often replace damaged or missing files by taking them off the cd. STEPS: place cd in tray Next> Start/Run & TYPE cmd THEN Type scannow OR scannonce. I have had best results with scannow. A Serious repair can also be done w/ the xp cd. NOTE:You WILL need your key & SAVE Anything important– Begin as if you were going to format the hd> Boot up to the cd & begin the process. On the SECOND Time the screen shows where it asks if you want to repair>Do It. It should install the missing files. NOTE: Usually When you are done you will have to reinstall all win updates.
The 1st time-the screen says do you want to do a repair using the (Recovery Console) usually does not work. Do not choose the option to press R to use the Recovery Console.
