(WII) PAL or NTSC

basically my question is which games I have to download PAL or NTSC. I live in Europe so I Think it is PAL. Or would both work?
i have installed on my wii:
homebrew channel
Usb loader GX
neogamma R8
Please some help because I’m a total n00b.

European WII = PAL American WII = NTSC
So dont use NTSC games or your WII will be bricked….
Just download PAL games + scrub them and burn them!
