windows 7 or computer issue

so i just recently bought this laptop

it works fine and all but when i go on cs 1.6(legit copy), the mouse lags a little.
like if you move the mouse very fast, it (the mouse cursor) will not move with the motion of the mouse. idk if it’s windows 7 or the computer. i’ve tried different mouses but only wireless ones. havent tried wired ones yet because havent got the time to go buy one yet.
so any help is appreciated

it can be that the light from the bottom on the mouse it being reflected.
sometime i bring my laptop outside and i bring a wired mouse and the wired mouse is on glass or something that reflect the mouse doesn’t work.
