Okay one last problem with Sims 3

I’ve installed it and everything and now I’m just stuck on the Registration Code. When I was about to launch the game, it hit me with the EA logo saying “Re-enter and verify your Registration Code. Please carefully re-enter the entire code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card.” When I downloaded all the files, I didn’t see anything about a crack or whatever it’s called, so where do I go from here?

The crack SHOULD have been in the ISO, and don’t launch the game with the launcher, use the direct .exe in the installation folder.
