In need of help with combining file parts

I downloaded all of the parts from this post

The parts are
“DC2PS2_01” “DC2PS2_02” through “DC2PS2_07”
I’m not sure how to combine the file parts.
I tried HJSplit, the file pieces didn’t show up in the program.
The files are not rar files, so I can’t use winrar. I assume there is another joining program I am not aware of. Could anyone help me out? Thank you for your time!

try adding .rar to the end of the file names and see if you can extract it then.

It gives an error, the archive is empty.
