uploading to different file hosts?

Can I upload the same files to different file host simultaneously?
i.e xxx.part1.rar > RS and MU (simultaneously)

well yes you can but if you man remote upload from RS to MU when its still uploading to RS then i dont think so. But if its individual i.e Your pc >> RS and also your pc >>MU at same time it should be fine
