Windows warns me that my USB drive is full-and it`s not!

I think most USB drive use the FAT32 format and you can’t have a file over 4GB on FAT32. You could try splitting it with winrar. That might do the trick.
Alternatively you could just reformat the drive with the NTFS file system.
Hmmm,interesting,because I remember having 5 gigabyte files on that drive.anyways,i have downloaded WinRAR,but how do you split the file ?

Right click > Format
I can`t choose NTFS.I have FAT32 listed only.

In winrar click on tools>wizard and it will run you through the process. Along the way there will be a pace where you can set the file size for the parts.
2 gigabytes = 2,147,483,648 bytes
After that just continue with the wizard and you should be all good.
