um yeah, i need some quick answers before i start to leech this,

It says something about steam, does it use steam like the counterstrike steam program to load it?
If it does, is it safe to use with my steam account?

no steam required. it will not affect your steam account as it will not run through steam!

It won’t effect Steam at all.. Just copy the crack into the folder then click the exe and play, doesn’t affect steam at all.

there are problems with the rip, as many people have reported various issues. wait it out until a new rip or patch comes out.
