Hard Drive explorer type program

is there any kind of program that I can use to drag and drop files with? Im trying to get in a folder and it keeps saying “the window is not responding” so maybe theres an app out there that’s like windows explorer/file manager?

powerdesk is what I use
but it sounds more like a folder prob
can you open the folder, or get it’s properties
can you copy and paste it ? then delete it

i found a freeware tool for it, i think it was stalling because the usb port is 1.1 and not 2.0.
