MSN portable settings

Sorry for always asking for help, but hey I AM trying to learn.
Anyway, I went and got myself a MSN portable off google and I want to know is there a way I can get it to keep the settings I give it. It loses the settings when I change comp and I want it for college so Ill be at various computers (prolly up to 70 different ones before xmas).
Is there a way to like save my settings to USB so there auto applied or something?

i dont think so ..coz setting r subjected to change with change of systems.
