[SOLVED]Sound recorder

Can someone recommend me a program to record music directly from my music player on computer, but without putting microphone next to the speakers, if its possible to record directly.

Go from the headphone jack or preferably the line out jack of your music player to the line in jack of your sound card..
If you need software then Jet Audio player does recording easily.

The explanation below is for a music player such as Winamp or Windows media player. For a hardware music player, do what .::. mentioned above or just transfer the files via USB. If it is an iPod, then use it in disk mode to transfer the files or use 3rd party software.
Any sound recording software will work. Just set your media player volume reasonably high (about 75%) and turn down your speakers is you wish. Then go to the volume control application. Then select “Options -> Properties” and select “recording” under the “Adjust Volume for” section. This will bring up the recording control. Turn the volume all the way up for the source that you want to record. For recording from a music player or other media player, the correct chan is usually “Wave” or sometimes “Stereo Mix”. Experiment and see which one is correct for your system. Also check the “select” checkbox by the source you want to record from.
Start your recording software and start recording. Then press play on your media player. The recording will take place at actual speed, so it will take as long to record as it would to listen to whatever it is you are recording.
When the recording is done, save the file and play it to see if it got recorded correctly. You can use the audio program to edit out the silence at the beginning or do other things with the audio track. If the recorded sound is distorted, then turn down the volume on the recording control for the source that you are recording.
Some recording software can change the source and volume from inside the program so you don’t have to mess with the Windows Audio control pa.
Also, if you just want to convert music from one format to another, you can use a myriad of different music conversion programs that will convert files at much faster than playback speed. I like to use Winamp and the “disk writer” plugin to convert files to WAV, which is included by default. If you want to convert to another compressed audio format with Winamp, there are plugins available which will do this as well. You can import an entire playlist of files to convert and let it run. It is even possible to convert protected WMA files to MP3s using Winamp, but there are a few tricks involved. When Winamp was updated, they disabled that feature because of pressure from Micro$oft, so you have to use an old version of the WMA input plugin. Well, I wanted to rip a radio show, from local radio station.
I used jetAudio, and I connected radio and computer just like you said.
