Virus issuee

recently i purchazed a new Sony Vaio on installmntz n i m paying thz installmntz frm my little pockt money…. my problem is, sum kind of virus torjan spyware, i dnt know wht is this thng, affected my laptop….. it slowd my laptop, instead of havng 2 GB RAM it takez 5 minz to boot n 1 min to open filez…… i tried Norton Antivirus, Bit Defender, spyware doctor, torjan remover… but all invain….. my friend suggested me to use Kaspersky. i installed it but whnevr i scan my filez suddenly Blue Screen of death cumez n my system restartd…. and after that Kaspersky key getz black listed……… Pleaaaase pleaseeee help me sir…. suggest me sumthg… plzzzzz im vry woried abt diz issue…. plz sir

Remove all the antivirus and instal NOD 32, SpyBOT S&D and Ad-Aware Profesional. I think it will help you.
well if those AV’ wont be able to scan then best to copy out important documents and reformat the pc
