Can your computer handle a 64 bit version? Not to mention that vista is lame..
Try installing the 32 bit version. If that didn’t work, just switch to XP SP3 or Windows 7 Build 7100 RC

LOL.
I bought a pirated Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit.
I’m sorry, I couldn’t help but notice. YOU SPENT MONEY ON A PIRATED VERSION? (That’s apparently not even working right either), when you could’ve downloaded it right here on this forum? Wow.

Surely I need 64bit, my RAM 8GB sir~
Windows 7, too many crash issue
XP, DirectX 9.0c, no thanks…
Better I get back to the seller and ask for my 50 cents back.
I’ll download either since even I can’t use control panel, it’s not very troubling for me as long as I could use this PC well~

Windows 7 is much better than Vista and less of a resource hog as well. You probably had a bad beta version.
You also don’t want to use XP, so you’re stuck with the broken control panel then. Unless you get your premium account again and try to download one of the Vista ultimates on .

Still, got no feeling yet at Win7 until it’s final version.
That control panel is not broken BUT it’s registry locked. I’d asked my friend to export and I execute it. Now it’s working well. This what I need, answer to resolve the control panel with this current OS. Not LoL ing at me like I’m a f00l…
Thanks m8~
