Editing in Context Menu!

I have just install the Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 (Microsoft Office Groove 2007 is also included in that office) and after install there is a new option on my context menu when i right click on my desktop at empty space. I don’t know about that option first of all tell me what is this and what does it mean and i also want to remove it from my context menu also tell me how can i remove this option from my context menu.

When i right click on any folder.
