New upgrades need to be tested

Hi i have just done some major upgrades to my computer.I now have AMD 64 2 core 4400+ cpu with 2 gig of memory and i need a program that can put it through its paces so i can see what its capable.All help most welcome.

Try 3DMark or some other testing progs.
