Best Wireless Utility

What is a good wireless utility that can use any wireless card and doesnt have issues connecting to wpa security on routers

to explain more i use to use proxim wireless utility and when i switched from wep to wpa the software wont connect correctly to my dlink router. does anyone know a free lance one i can use because i have search the engines and i can only find w.u. thats used with other cards
