Converter for Windows?

Hi there!
I just recently sold my Mac Pro so Im in a rut!
I’ve got a X-box 360, and I watch movies on that!
BUT! With Mac Pro, I used the application called VisualHub to convert my AVI movies to WMV! Now that app converted 10 movies in 20 minutes, but i havent found ANY application that was that fast on windows!
Can anybody tell me a good converter I can use to convert AVIs to WMVs on Windows which doesnt take forever!? Thanks!
