Windows is really Aggrivating me

I WANT TO CHANGE THE BLACK BAR ON THE LEFT BACK TO SOMETHING THAT I CAN READ
i cant get that to go back to white, or any other color for that matter

If your using hacked windows. No one should use a hacked iso of windows.
Or is it a program that you used to change that

i downloaded a superman theme, then when i switched back it did this and wont go back

Using system restore might do the trick.
Start>>All programs>>Accessories>>System tools>>System restore.

Control Panel > Appearance & Personalisation > Window Colour & Appearance > Advanced Appearance Settings (at the bottom)

You should try to download the original version of the explorer.exe file for your windows. Many of the special windows 7 themes require you to patch your windows explorer (explorer.exe) file to order to change things such as the start button and the panes in the control panel and also the buttons in windows explorer and ie. Since themes cannot control this that is why the panes and start button are still the same.
