help regarding win xp User account protections

Hi….
Is there a secure way to protect user account win xp sp 2 as one of my friend easily opened my locked account wid his pendrive ….he just inserted his usb pendrive & start my machine & its unlocked.
there were a software installed on his pendrive & he didnt told me but now i want to know is there a way to lock my user account in windows xp sp2 & it can not be unlocked easily….or never. Is it possible?

Go into the bios…Disable booting from the CD/USB…Or just put the hard drive as the first boot device…Then set a password in the bios…
