Today i got capped for the first time by my provider – virgin media. In their rules it said that my threshold limit between 4-9pm was 500mb. I dowloaded only 304 Mb !! and hey presto 2 hours later i was capped by 50% Furthermore after phoning them – they couldnt even tell me from what time my cap started but that it was due to last 5 WHOLE HOURS – all a bit of a joke really!!
Anyhows – what i wanted to ask is – is there a tool that i can get which will count the amount of data i dowload so i can see when im nearing my limit.
Also can i set it to monitor from 9-am – 3pm and also like 4pm – 10 pm???
I would really appreciate this guys !!
i would be interested in a tool like this if anyone knows one
