Console Download Newby Help Please (DS Lite)

Basically im after some idiot proof help on downloading console games for the nintendo ds lite.
Im new to this so as simple as possible please Ive got the ds lite conosole & im thinking of buying the R4DS thingy that i need to do the downloads??? – I think this is what I need.
Any help would be gratefully recieved & sorry for the dumb ass questions !!

Yes that’s what you need, then the supercard software off the site, and the roms from here. Use the software to put the roms on the card, job done.
