Take screenshot of a Video online?
January 28th, 2020
I have a Video uploaded on my server, I don’t have it on my PC is there any way that I could get a screenshot of this Movie ? Just a site where I put the URL of the video and it generates a screenshot?
Thanks
Pause it at the frame you want the screen shot of, hit print screen, then crop.

As I told you, I don’t hav ethe Videos on my PC they’re stored online.
…and?
The instructions I gave are assuming that the videos are online.
I think he means, the video is stored in a server (or something) and he’s wanted to get a screenshot. I dont think he’s talking about a streamed video like youtube etc…

no alternative that i know of other than downloading unless you open the file in your video player using the Open URL function then streaming it just enough to get a screenshot. if you’re using FTP then this would be your URL to open:
EXAMPLE:
This may work depending on many factors – the two major ones being the server config and your media player’s config
