(Batch) Convert AVI with AC3 audio to AVI with MP3 audio ?

can you please suggest a good program that can batch convert many AVI’s audio from ac3 audio to mp3 audio?
please notice: i just want to convert/reencode the audio to mp3, i dont want to convert the video part.
please notice 2: i need a tool that can automatically do the task for many many avi’s.

u can try format factory, just drag all your movies into the program and choose All to AVI and set the settings to the way u want it. idk if theres a program out there that can convert just the audio but format factory is great with converting and its freeware
