Need all your help! Regarding Internet Download Manger

I am using IDM to down load Hotfile links. Recently I realize I keep having dead link, when I use my desktop. However when I use the same link on my laptop, I able to download. The only different is my desktop OS is Win7 (64 bits) as my laptop is Win XP.
I am wondering is there any people got this problem. Hope someone can help me on this.

In other words, I think there is a problem on my desktop idm. It keep detect dead link, but the fact is that the link is fine. Is there any tool can download hotfile instead of idm. I am noob on this.

Jdownloader. Works great. Still need to enter the captcha if your not a premium user but works great.
