unlock 6288 and d600e

i have two phones that are locked on Vodafone and Orange
the Nokia 6288 is vodafone and id like to use it with orange,IMEI is 353227010757138
and the D600e is locked on Orange and i’d like to use it with Vodafone,IMEI is 359278 00 158046 /2
i’d really appreciate the help since unlocking them at a shop in town costs are 200$ ty in advance
