How i change image to lowercase jpeg?

Can anyone tell me how to? Will photoshop do it?

If you mean the file extension then go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View, then uncheck the option “Hide extentions for known file types”. Rename the image to yourimagename.jpeg or yourimagename.jpg
Thats the only thing that comes up my mi, if I don’t match your question, please explain in detail…

if you mean change from upper case to lower case text
