Bind Keys Together?

Is there a quick simple way I can bind 2 keys together on Windows XP.
Like everytime I hit 1 it also hits enter at same time?
Id like to be able to do it with 1-5 so anytime I hit one of the numbers it also hit enter.

try joytokeys, not sure if it’ll do that, but it has a lot of keymapping options

Nope, I need a joystick to even run the app
