how to download from narod.ru

Im trying to download some files from narod.ru, but my russian is non-existant. i type in the code and click the green button but the page refreshes and nothing happens. please help

When you enter that few numbers then you click the green button. Then click on the link with the end .html and then it will say that you install an add on.
