Help with customer order software.

Would anyone be able to reccommend me a peice of software that would allow me to store customer orders that also has a search function.
The form/database would need to have a few rows to allow me to put customers name and contact number, item ordered, suopplier, date ordered and a place to mark when the item has arrived.
The important part would be the search function, by customer name or supplier.
Any help?!!

use microsoft access, pick up an access for dummies book and make a database. you will be able to knock one up in a few hours if you’ve had any previous experience of access. if not, it will take you a few days max

I second the Access suggestion. Just use that.
Also, if your scope is rather small, why don’t you use an Excel file and to search just Ctrl+F? Maybe that’s best for your problem.
