Jdownaloader

everytime i go on jdownloader keeps logging me out every 5 seconds and there links say plugin error (out of date) when am trying to download links.
Can anyone help me on this am using fileserve and does not run out for 4 months

I have same problem with Mediafire..

Now am getting invalid password and account and then if checks the links are online or dead i get temp uncheckable.

This used happen to me on mu. It wudnt let me dl anything. The temp uncheckable MSG kept popping
maybe u shud cool off jdownloader for 1-2 days ( yes I knw that will b hard )
also which jdownloader are using
the one runs off the program ( old version which I use)
or
the one installed in programs in control panel on programs and features ( new version )
yes there r 2 versions

Am using the new one am still have issues with jdownloader.
