Can anybody recommend a DVD case cover designer program

I’m looking for a nice DVD case cover designer program, but there’s quite a number of choices, can anybody recommend a one they personally use? I would prefer something more complicated easycoverdesign (text sizes and colours can’t be independent) but nothing near photoshop level! Any recommendations?

Look for some tuts for Photoshop it is the best app out there
Well, to be honest I don’t have a clue how to even begin something like Photoshop (placing text, etc.), I was hoping for something maybe a bit simpler…?
