Help playing a movie file?

Hey i downloaded a movie, And when i put it on the desktop from winrar its a regular winamp icon. But it is a TFE file and i cant get ot to work on any of my players, And i was wondering if anybody knew a player i can download that will play this file? Please if anyone can help ^_^ Thanks

first time ive come across TFE

VLC runs most video forms ive seen without needing to download any extra codecs, so give it a try

I think you download it from a maxshare file host in that case I think you will have to rename to .rar
