How do I enable Media Sharing on the PS3?

I know the tools>options>library bit, it is not that.
I’m running vista x86, latest updates, both zone alarm and windows firewall (both have been tested on and off during this), eset nod 32 antivirus and I am using a WRT56G Linksys Router (Connected to PS3, both wirelessly, and wired (testing)).
I can get a connection on my PS3, but it won’t find media servers, and media player 11 won’t find the PlayStation 3. I’ve tried numerous software-firewall options and nothing.
