Does Windows 7 Ultimate come in a 32-bit version

January 27th, 2020

As the heading states my question is
Does Windows 7 Ultimate come in a 32-bit version?
Cause I got a windows 7 cd here from work as a promotional thing and it says on the the cd 32-bit software. Does this mean the software on it is 32-bit or the Windows 7 is 32-bit?

Answer #1
Yes Win7 Ultimate come in both 32 and 64.
I would say the copy you have is 32 bit.
Answer #2
Yes, there is.. And if the CD says the software is 32bit, it’s 32bit.
Answer #3
Yes, it says 32-bit on the dvd therefore the software is 32 bit
Answer #4
So it wont support 64-bit?
Answer #5
Windows 7 is software, and 32-bit means 32-bit.
That said, if logic serves me correctly (it usually does), then I’d say you have a 32-bit copy of Windows 7 on your hands.
Just a hunch.
/common sense
Answer #6
common sense since you know more about computers than me. What if i asked you the difference between metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding. You wouldnt know the difference.

Your question can’t be answered using common sense.

You essentially answered your own question in the first post.

Windows 7 = software
32-bit = 32-bit
Windows 7 32-bit = Windows 7 32-bit
What’s not to understand there?
Anyone with a basic understanding of the English language could tell you that 32-bit software probably means 32-bit software. How could anyone possibly think it meant anything other than what’s stated, regardless of prior computer knowledge?

Windows 7 = software
32-bit = 32-bit
Windows 7 32-bit = Windows 7 32-bit
What's not to understand there?

hahaha I like good old friendly arguments.
You say my question cant be answered though in fact its answered in the question itself
and second about windows question I didnt answer my own question because my question was asking is the software on it 32-bit (as in like programs/software on the cd) or was windows itself 32-bit (hence whihc is showing im not too good with computers).
