Does anyone know why my perks are not increasing?

I downloaded killing floor and i copied the revloader crack into the directory.
I’m using Garena to play but when i go online and play my perks never seem to increase.
Can anyone help me?

You know like Commando,Sharpshooter,firebug etc.
