internet problem

my internet was runining at 3mbs two days ago now its shot down to 130kbps anything i can do to get the speed back?

Perhaps your ISO is capping your speed because you downloaded too much. Have you tried contacting them to find out if that is, in fact, true?? Also test your speed in this site:
http://www.speedtest.net/

thats where i tested my speed mate cant contact my ISP call centre not open till after new year but never thought about them cappin it thx mate

well this program can you to get something a bit better
it is called Internet Download Accelerator and yes it does work
seems that alot of people are having this trouble, the best i can suggest is that yo ISP is controlling your speeds since you enjoyed the other speed too much

Download good managers like IDM and Flashget for downloads, maybye this will help your speed issue, gl.
