How do people create these filenames?

Like adding the underscores to words that are spaced.

Lol, you got the idea, but I’m looking for a program that does that automatically. All the manual underscores will kill me.

If the word is very long, rather than spell it all out with ‘_’ instead of ‘*space*’, why don’t you just simplify it?
eg. Instead of saying ‘Call_of_Duty_4_Modern_Ware_fare_CRACKED.iso’
say: ‘COD4:MW-cracked.iso’
So much less painful :S

I do it with Total Commander, it has a handy multi rename tool than can do that and much much more
