Guitar Hero World Tour instruments

Hi.
I am planning to buy the instruments(guitar, drums and mic) for the Xbox 360 version of Guitar Hero World Tour.
I wanted to ask if you could please recommend some sites where I can buy NEW instruments, without the game itself. Do I need to add that I’m looking for the cheapest option? And most of all – the shop needs to offer shipping to Europe.
P.S. I have considered all “for and against” arguments of buying the Rock Band 2 instruments and I decided to stick to the GHWT ones, so please don’t bother convincing me to buy the RB2 ones instead.

Except for the vocal part where you need to have a USB microphone you can play on your standard Xbox 360 controller but it’s not as fun as playing on the instruments.
Regarding my question:
Unfortunately most of the people selling the instruments on eBay do not ship to Europe. Any other suggestions on where I can buy them?

I believe it’s the same. Don’t know about the mic though.
