Speed Download Help

I am using speed download and whenever i download a .rar file, and attempt to expand it using Stuffit Expander i get this message:
Photoshop_CS4_Extended_Mac_Incl_Crack.part11.rar” does not appear to be compressed or encoded. It is advised that you obtain further information about the contents of this file from the sender or provider of the file.
I dont know what this means, and i an wondering if anyone could help me figure out this problem

it probably means the file is corrupt i would talk to the uploader
