How to overwrite movie sond?

Hey i find many fresh releases on russian sites with russian sound.
Where do i get english sounds of the same newly released movies in english and how do i actually overwrite it?

those are called R5 releases, they come out before R1 (english) releases
the only english audio for those R5’s is of lower quality “line” audio

don’t think they ever release line audio as a standalone D/L
best solution is to D/L the R5 with line audio already muxed

So how do ppl release movie rips with R5 video provided by russian sites but the sound is perfect and in English?
I thought first they rip it out from TS, but the the quality wouldn’t be that good. There must be some way the r doing it. And what software would be suitable for this kind stuff?

most times the audio in R5’s is low quality
that’s why I stay away from them
I thought first they rip it out from TS

none that I know of, as the best sound comes out with the DVD/BR rips
what software would be suitable for this kind stuff?
AVIdemux can demux and mux video & audio
