Help with this movie name please..

Ok i remember watching this movie as a kid, it was kinda ~ censored ~, i think it was a bit childish had fart humor and stuff. The one thing i actually know about the movie is that there was this scene where this guy goes to his car, turns the ignition and boom, blows up… then in the explosion you see a cow fly out.. lol please whats the movie
