Photoshop

Im in photoshop but idk wats going on. I have my image but it wont let me do anything with it. When i go to the layers tab i cant click anything, same with filter. Wat i need to do to fix?

Have you tried reboot your computer? Or restart photoshop? Also are you using full version, or portable one, because I’ve got some problems with portable versions before.

Its the whole version. Ill try to restart PS.
EDIT:
It works for new things i open but if i try to open an old image say a .gif or somtin it dont work.

instal other version of photoshop and use a good crack that should work
