no, because the only way to set up a proxy server is to use two different static ip addresses, and that would require two different computers with network cards. on top of that, you would have to pay for two connections. so IMHO, not doable. there may be a way to setup a LAN server, such as Hamachi and configure all traffic to route through the server (say you set your connection as a server)

well i mean i can use to different or even 4 differnt ips using a virtual vmware type thing so figured it was possilbe

all you need is a proxy server… if you used linux I would tell you to install a software called squid.
since you don’t, you should google for some proxy server software for windows !
