add files in bootable cd

my friend want some software and a disk manager cd from me. so i arrange some software and acronics disk director boot cd image.
but i hav one cd. disk acronics disk image size is 78mb and software size is 300mb.
plz any body hel me how a crt a cd with bootable cd, bcz acronics is already bootable image. i just want to add software in it. one cd to part( software in desktop and boot also)
plz help me frnds….

google “add files to iso” lots of apps can do it, just be sure the one you choose will retain boot ability, most can
think MagicISO can do that
