“The installation package could not be opened”

Ok so yesterday I posted that I cant install the game RFG because it asks modify repair or remoce and no matter what I choose it says “installer was interrupted”
So I have cleaned the registry from disk c and now new problem when I click the installer of the game Red Faction Guerilla is says:
(Google has not helped)

Redownload, check Sha-1 and MD5 Hashes. This happens sometimes when the hosts don’t give you like a small fraction of a file.

Then do a system restore to the point before you cleaned your reg.
