LAN Games.

Hello, Recently me and my friend became very bored and started playing some counter strike source via our lan network.
I was wondering if there is any other good LAN games we can play? He has a somewhat slow laptop so games that have similar requirements to counter strike source would be appreciated. I am mostly talking about war games and games that are fun to compete against each other in.

I play WarCraft III against my brother – he kicks my butt every single time but I still enjoy it, it’s our own little quality time. I use a four years-old computer and it runs fine, there’s the occasional lag but it really isn’t that bad. Here are the exact specs :

If you only want to play in LAN, I have uploaded a portable version of the game to MU. It’s a little under 1GB and you can delete the movies folder to make it smaller. You may think I am simply advertising my upload, but I don’t get reward points out of it, so feel free to download it. Also get custom maps if you don’t want to play normal matches against your friend.
