Football Manager 2011 steamUserStats
August 5th, 2016the procedure entry point steamUserStats could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll
I downloaded Fm 2011 , and i’m having this error when i try and start the game. I installed the game in the offline mode.

When i installed the game i had an option, install ofline mode or instal using steam, i Chose the ofline mode.
